The rest of the time, I help software companies get more customers without the busywork
That's RevShoppe. Most companies we work with are bigger than they were when they picked their current tools, and nobody's gone back to fix the parts that don't fit anymore. We clean that up: more customers coming in, less manual work bogging the team down. We've done that for Siemens, ADP, IBM, Dell, Adobe, Expedia, Booking.com, OpenTable, Capital One, Lyft, NASCAR (and, a little on the nose given what Grove does, Mindbody's own team) among plenty of other names you'd recognize.
The job is almost always the same shape: tell an owner honestly whether their system is the problem, or whether it's the process wrapped around a system that's actually fine. Most of the time it's the second one. That answer costs nothing to give straight, which is the only reason it's worth paying for.
